Terms of use

These terms govern use of the SNDT website and member portal. By creating an account or sending a form, you agree to them and to the privacy notice. Last updated 9 October 2026.

The society

The Society of Neuro Diagnostic Technology is a professional society established in January 2021, registered with the Government of Kerala in March 2021, with its head office at Thuneri PO, Kozhikode, Kerala 673505.

Accounts

You must give true information and upload documents that are yours. Keep your password private. An application does not by itself make you a member. A Member ID, voting rights and access to restricted material start only when the membership committee approves the application and any fee the committee has set is settled.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to enter another person’s account, probe the portal, upload malware, or submit false certificates. Examination answers must be your own. The office may suspend an account that breaks these terms or the society’s ethical standards.

Certificates

Certificates and the digital membership card are issued by SNDT. A QR or verification link shows the status held in this portal. Anyone may verify a certificate number. Altering a certificate is not permitted.

Study material

Materials are for members in the categories the office selects. Do not copy them onward except where the society has said you may.

Liability

The portal is provided for society administration. SNDT is not liable for loss caused by a network failure, a delayed email, or information a member entered incorrectly. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law of India does not allow to be limited.

Changes

The office may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. Continued use after that date is acceptance of the new terms.
